Traffic Calming Requests for HV
In response to neighbor concerns, HVCA President, Marge Frandsen reached out to the Washoe County Engineering Department to inquire about traffic calming devices for Sleepy Hollow and Parkway Drive. They responded with next steps.
2026 HVCA Annual Easter Egg Hunt – March 29th
Bring the kids to our annual egg hunt on Sunday, March 29th at 10 am, at the Mia Vista entrance to Hidden Valley Park. We’ll have hundreds of plastic eggs, filled with goodies and some with prize numbers inside, carefully placed in the park by HVCA volunteers.
Public Invited to Hands-On Showcase of New Voting Machines
On March 24 – Come try the county’s new in-person ballot marking devices voters will use in the upcoming June primary and November general election.
