Daybreak Development was to be heard at Reno City Council on Wed Oct 10th but was continued at the request of the applicant to November 14th.


ATTENTION:  IMPORTANT Upcoming RENO CITY COUNCIL Meeting

When:  October 10, at 1:00 pm  Nov. 14th at 1pm

Where:  City Council Chamber at City Hall, 1 East First Street

Your house may be at risk of flooding and more if the DAYBREAK development of 4,700 homes gets approved.

In addition to flooding they will also be disturbing the soil contaminated with methyl mercury and arsenic and potentially increase traffic in our area.

This development is just south of Mira Loma in the Floodplain and will affect the communities of Rosewood Lakes, Roseview, Heron’s Landing, Lower Hidden Valley, Hidden Meadows, the Rio Poco area, and the East Side Subdivision.

It’s imperative that you attend this important meeting to express your opposition by filling out the form on the day of the meeting (NO Need to speak)
