Sheriff’s Community Partnership eNewsletter
If you Think NCIS is cool, come see how forensic science is really done! Join us on April 24th for our Forensic Lab Open House. More and more people are enjoying the outdoor beauty of northern Nevada thanks to our warmer weather. Before you go, be sure to take a look at our late winter hiking tips. And the Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce that we have partnered with KNPB TV for the “Young Writers Workshops” this year. We ask that our residents beware of “work at home” scams. And for those of you that were not able to take advantage of Regional Animal Services “Free Microchip” campaign… good news! Regional Animal Services has extended the campaign to January 2016! Sheriff’s Office Detective Arick Dickson receives the Reno Rotary’s Law Enforcement Award. And last but not least, our own SMART volunteer, Rod Stahl, was featured as “Someone to Know” by KTVN TV.
Please feel free to pass on the newsletter to friends, family, neighbors and colleagues. If they would like to receive this monthly eNewsletter directly, they can contact us at 775-785-6205.
Thank you and have a safe month!
