The Sheriff’s Office now has open recruitment for the 2015 Reserve Academy through March 17th. If you or you know a friend who is interested learn more about what it takes to be a reserve! Congratulations to Detective Greg Nauman who is our Hero with Heart. The “Washoe County Copsicles” will take the plunge in the icy waters of Lake Tahoe to support Special Olympics; learn more. Bald is beautiful! Learn more about the WCSO’s efforts to help support children with cancer through the St. Baldrick’s event. The Sheriff’s Office Detention facility now offers dialysis to our inmates.
